Yes, we will take holds but cannot hold orders for longer than one week. If you need longer than that, we recommend waiting and placing your order at a time closer to your desired pick up date.

Yes of course! As long as the name and shipping addresses on the orders match and we have not shipped your existing order, we can combine your orders in one box
We can hold shipping for up to 2 weeks. Simply write in the notes when you check out. Our shipping days are Mondays and Tuesdays.
Minor damage due to transportation, such as a broken or yellow leaves or bent stem, is sometimes unavoidable.
If you have an issue with the condition of a plant please document it photographically within 8 hours of receipt and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org . If documentation is not completed within the 8 hour window of receiving shipment we reserve the right to deny any claims thereafter.
Fresh Imports FAQ
PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING FRESH IMPORTS:
Fresh Imports will be shipped bare-root or sometimes with a moss-perlite mixed. Weather conditions can be unpredictable despite the most careful packing. We reserve the right to delay shipping until there are favorable weather conditions here in California or to your destination. Fresh imports are only recommended for those who have experience 'rehabbing' which is the process of rehabilitating plants from shock due to being exposed to a new set of environmental facors (i.e. humidity, temperature, soil, to name a few.) as such its at the buyers own risk.
Local Pick Up
Yes we offer local pick up. Please feel free to come pick up your beautiful plants.
What Is "Growers Choice"
By default, all listings are "grower's choice" meaning that if you order online we choose the plants. Sometimes we offer "buyer's choice" on the rarer plants as well.
At this time we are not offering pre-orders on any plants, however. We are slowly going to introduce a pre-order page soon for certain popular rare plants ! Subscibe to our newsletter.
Payment Methods (Cash Is King)
Cash is highly preferred for in store purchases as you save aprox. 9% in associated store fees. You are also welcome to pay via Venmo, Credit/Debit and Apple Pay.
For online sales we accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Credit/Debit Card
We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
