How can I check my order status?

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the United States
How/When will my order be shipped?
Shipping will be via USPS Priority 2-3 day service or USPS Parcel 2-8 days between Monday and Wednesday within one week from the purchase date once order has been processed.
How can I track my orders?
All orders will come with a tracking number once shipped. If you did not receive one please feel free to contact us
When do you deliver?
Delivery days/times vary so please feel free to contact us and we will work around your schedule
Can I pickup my plant(s)?
Of course! Please feel free to come pick up your beautiful plants. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange an appointment.
Can I return or exchange my items?
We do not offer returns or exchanges on live plants.
What happens if my plant(s) arrive damaged
Life can be unpredictable especially when you are a little fragile plant stuffed in a box being shipped across the states by strangers! As such, we have no control over how the boxes are handled via shipping nor are we responsible for any delays, damage, destruction or breakage after delivery has been made to carrier. Also, we can not be responsible for any damage that occurred during transportation: either temperature or mechanical. However, Las Selvas does offer a seven-day warrantee on plants that arrive with root-rot. To take advantage of this warranty, should your plant(s) arrive with root rot, you will need to submit a photo of the plant with root rot to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email us at email@example.com to send your notice or claims.
*Please Note: Shedding, Color-Changing, or Damaged Leaves are not included in this warranty.
