TC plants are tiny baby plantlets shipped in agar gel — they need time and the right conditions to thrive after arrival. We include a QR code to our full Deflasking/Acclimation Guide & Video so you'll feel fully prepared. Your order holds a spot in our next shipment — we run these bi-weekly, but if your plant is ready early, we'll ship it right away. 🌱

💸 Refund/Replacement Policy — Refunds/Replacements are only issued when all of the following apply:
• Plant arrives dead on arrival
• Priority Mail shipping was selected
• An appropriate heat/cold pack was added at checkout
• You provide a clear unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery

Photos are representative; natural variation in size, leaf count, and coloration is expected. Yellowing and minor cosmetic transit damage are normal and not refundable. All sales are final — please order thoughtfully.
